1. Running deviation caused by adhesive material of roller and idler. After the belt conveyor runs for a period of time, due to the mineral material has a certain viscosity, part of the mineral powder will stick to the drum and roller, making the drum or roller local diameter becomes larger, causing uneven tensioning force on both sides of the belt, resulting in belt conveyor belt deviation.
2. Loose belt causes running deviation. After the adjusted belt runs for a period of time, due to the permanent deformation or aging of the belt stretching, the tension will drop, and the belt relaxation will cause running deviation.
3. Uneven distribution of ore material causes running deviation. If the belt conveyor belt does not deviate when idling, but deviates when heavy load is running, it indicates that the mineral material is not evenly distributed on both sides of the belt. 1. Adjust the idlers
Belt conveyor in the process of operation, if the belt in the bearing section to the side of the deviation, indicating that the bearing roller group installation position and the center line of the verticality error, can be installed automatic adjustment roller group adjustment, generally every 20-30m installation of a group, but sometimes the effect is not good.
